Hole 1
An inviting valley fairway is threatened by Dundrum Bay on the right and high dunes on the left. The long narrow green is within reach of a medium iron for long hitters who catch the downslope off the tee.

Hole 2
The target area from the tee is only 20 yards wide between a large depression on the right and bunkered dunes to the left. Cross bunkers lie 50 yards short of the heavily-sloped green and the approach must carry all the way to avoid a sharp kick down to the right.

Hole 3
From an elevated tee longer hitters can carry the bunker on the left, leaving a long-iron from the plateau into a green protected by a mound and bunker at the front left. Putts break towards the sea on the fast, flat green.

Hole 4
A stunning short hole surrounded by gorse and bunkers. The long, thin green falls away on both sides and at the back, leaving very tricky recovery shots

Hole 5
The tee shot is blind to a fairway that swings away to the right where there are bunkers and heather. A large bunker protects the left of the green and heather grows close to the right edge.

Hole 6
Another blind tee shot with a deep bunker close to the perfect line down the left side. The green sheds the ball on all sides and is tough to hold, especially if approaching over a bunker from the right.

Hole 7
A must-hit short hole with sand at the front, left and back and a sharp drop-off to the right. Front right of the green is the target area.

Hole 8
A long carry over heather-clad dunes to reach the fairway, with a deep bunker on the right. The second shot can be a fairway wood into the wind or a wedge down the breeze. The fast-paced green slopes from front to back and right to left and falls away on both sides.

Hole 9
The blind tee shot should favour the left side for the best approach to the green, but there is little room for error.
There are bunkers 50 yards short of the sharply-contoured green, a mound on the right and deep pot bunkers over to the left.

Hole 10
Deep bunkers will catch any shot coming up short from the elevated tee, but the large green gathers in from both sides.

Hole 11
There is room to the left at this dog-leg hole that moves to the right, but the ideal tee shot is a fade. Dead ground short of the green makes judgement of distance difficult and there are bunkers at the front.

Hole 12
Bunkers lie to left and right of the generous fairway, but two strong and accurate shots are needed to get up in two, avoiding bunkers on either side of the long, narrow green.

Hole 13
High dunes covered in gorse and heather line both sides of a fairway that swing to the right around a large bunkered dune. The green has many tricky contours and difficult pin positions.

Hole 14
The elevated tee gives a fine view of a green that is well bunkered on both sides at the front and slopes away to the left.

Hole 15
There is plenty of room on a wide fairway, but the left side gives a view down the length of a green that falls away on both sides.

Hole 16
Big hitters will be tempted to fire straight at the green, but the safer lay-up option is into the left side of the fairway short of a large bunker, leaving a demanding pitch to a small green.

Hole 17
Drives that finish on the high ground give a view of the dead ground short of the green. Longer tee shots will carry down the slope towards a small water hazard.

Hole 18
Heather and 24 bunkers line the finishing hole and the fairway narrows as it approaches the green. The very fast putting surface rises from front to back.
